Delhi Metro fare chart (after 25 August 2025)
Delhi Metro’s weekday-style distance slabs in MetroMarg start at ₹11 (0–2 km token) and rise to ₹64 (above 32 km token), with smart-card fares about 10% lower after rounding. These match DMRC’s 25 August 2025 revision as recorded in our fare data (verified 2026-08-23). Airport Express is a separate flat fare.
What changed on 25 August 2025?
DMRC revised passenger fares effective 25 August 2025 — the first system-wide revision in several years. MetroMarg’s slab table was corrected to that announcement (and matching dated news reproductions of the slab list) rather than older ₹10/20/30… figures.
Our standard-slab verification date is 2026-08-23. If DMRC revises again, fares on this site will lag until we re-verify — treat station gates and official channels as final.
Slabs MetroMarg uses (token vs smart card)
Distance on regular lines is estimated from hop count × average spacing, because DMRC does not publish a public per-station distance table we can legally ship. That is why many Delhi fares show an asterisk: the rupee slab is real; the distance band is estimated.
- 0–2 km: token ₹11, smart card about ₹10 (≈10% off, rounded)
- 2–5 km: token ₹21, smart card about ₹19 (≈10% off, rounded)
- 5–12 km: token ₹32, smart card about ₹29 (≈10% off, rounded)
- 12–21 km: token ₹43, smart card about ₹39 (≈10% off, rounded)
- 21–32 km: token ₹54, smart card about ₹49 (≈10% off, rounded)
- Above 32 km: token ₹64, smart card about ₹58 (≈10% off, rounded)
Smart card and off-peak
Smart-card fares above apply the common ~10% discount rounded to the nearest rupee. Extra off-peak or promotional discounts announced by DMRC are not always modelled as separate rows here — confirm on the card balance / official app.
Airport Express is not on this slab table

Common questions
Why is the fare marked with * on many Delhi routes?
The slab amounts come from DMRC’s published revision, but trip distance is estimated from station hops. The asterisk means “confirm at the gate,” not “random number.”
Do Sunday / holiday concessional slabs appear here?
MetroMarg’s primary table is the normal-day slab set used for everyday planning. Holiday/Sunday reductions exist in DMRC’s announcements — check official boards if you are travelling on those days.
