MetroMarg is an independent transit guide. This policy explains what information the site collects, what it does not collect, and how third-party services used on the site may process data.

What we do not collect

Your journeys. When you plan a route, the stations you pick and the results shown are computed in your browser. MetroMarg does not receive those station choices, route results, or any list of places you looked up. We have no account system and no way to tie a specific journey to you.

Personal information. We do not ask for your name, phone number, address, payment details, or any other personally identifying information to use the site.

Usage analytics

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate — for example, which pages are opened, how far people scroll, and where buttons are clicked. This helps us fix broken layouts and improve navigation. Clarity may use cookies and similar technologies. It does not receive the stations or routes you plan.

Advertising

MetroMarg may display advertising in the future. If it does, advertising partners such as Google AdSense may use cookies to serve and measure ads. You can read Google's approach at How Google uses cookies in advertising. This policy will be updated before any advertising goes live.

Hosting logs

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you request a page — such as your IP address, browser type, and the URL requested. These logs are used to keep the site available and secure. They are not linked to any journey you plan on the site.

Links to other services

Some pages link to official ticketing channels operated by metro and RRTS authorities (for example, WhatsApp numbers or mobile apps). Those services have their own privacy policies. MetroMarg does not control them and is not responsible for how they handle your information.

Children

MetroMarg is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
